RolePlaya’s Top Creators: 12 to 18 October 2026
Captain, founder of RolePlaya
The short version: Bankston took first place on the RolePlaya Top Creators leaderboard for the week of 12 to 18 October 2026, with Crowley second and YamatoSt3 third. On the Rising Creators board, which rewards growth rather than size, Nimea won with a week nearly five times bigger than usual, ahead of Riah and Bob556. Here is the full top ten and what it took to get there.
Top Creators: the top ten
Top Creators ranks the biggest week: new subscribers count most, then new followers on a creator’s characters, then chats with their characters from other members. Chats a creator has with their own characters never count.
| Rank | Creator | Chats from members | New followers |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Bankston | 11,252 | 11 |
| 2 | Crowley | 10,353 | 0 |
| 3 | YamatoSt3 | 9,113 | 2 |
| 4 | Flergenderf | 7,672 | 0 |
| 5 | Aerik | 6,129 | 2 |
| 6 | RandomGuy331 | 5,624 | 18 |
| 7 | Andy | 5,489 | 6 |
| 8 | SunnyImposter | 3,475 | 3 |
| 9 | Andy Michael | 2,949 | 0 |
| 10 | Mar Evergreen | 2,446 | 2 |
First place takes a Diamond card mint, second Platinum and third Gold. Everyone in the top twenty keeps a free daily spotlight for the following week, so their characters lead the Spotlight page.
Rising Creators: the fastest growing
Rising Creators compares each creator’s week with their own previous four weeks, so a creator of any size can win it with a strong week. To qualify, a creator needs at least 300 chats that week from at least eight different members.
| Rank | Creator | Growth |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Nimea | 4.85 times their usual week |
| 2 | Riah | 4.32 times their usual week |
| 3 | Bob556 | 4.06 times their usual week |
The winner takes a Platinum card mint, second and third take Gold, and all three get a free daily spotlight for the week.
What the top creators have in common
- They publish a lot. The top three have more than 1,600 public characters between them, so there is always something new for readers to find.
- Their greetings get replies. Most of their busiest characters open mid-scene with a clear role for the reader. See How Do I Write a Greeting That Gets Replies on RolePlaya?
- They give characters a hook in the title. A name plus a one-line situation tells readers exactly what they are walking into.
- They build series. Linked characters and recurring settings keep readers coming back for the next one.

Frequently asked questions
How does the RolePlaya leaderboard work?
There are two boards. Top Creators ranks the week’s biggest creators by new subscribers, new followers and chats from other members. Rising Creators ranks the fastest growing creators against their own previous four weeks. Both reset every Monday.
What do RolePlaya leaderboard winners get?
Top Creators awards Diamond, Platinum and Gold card mints to the top three, and the top twenty get a free daily spotlight the following week. Rising Creators awards a Platinum mint and two Gold mints, plus spotlight rights for the week.
Can a new creator win on RolePlaya?
Yes. Rising Creators measures growth against your own recent weeks rather than raw size, so a smaller creator with a strong week can win it.
